Edvard Svetlik joins Iskra Idrija, a manufacturing company, as Managing Director and grows the business exponentially from a small regional player to a multinational organisation with a global footprint.
ISKRA IDRIJA EXITS ISKRA GROUP
Iskra Rotomatika leaves the Iskra Group and becomes Rotomatika, an independent company with clear objectives and a long-term strategy. Under the leadership of Edvard Svetlik, the foundations are laid for the privatisation of the company and establishment of Hidria.
PRIVATISATION OF ROTOMATIKA & ESTABLISHMENT OF HIDRIA HOLDING
Hidria Holding established and privatisation process completed. Hidria grows through acquisitions of local companies and organic growth.
IVI JOINS HIDRIA
Ivi Svetlik joins Hidria to lead the project to establish and later manage, until her retirement, an exclusive Hotel & Restaurant Kendov Dvorec, in Spodnja Idrija, Slovenia, a 5* hotel and Michelin awarded restaurant, part of Relais & Chateaux.
GAŠPER JOINS HIDRIA
Gašper Svetlik joins Hidria as a junior associate and rises through ranks to become a member of the Management Board and the CFO of Hidria Corporation.
